1. Potong daging ayam sesuai selera, sisihkan
2. Tumis bumbu halus dan daun jeruk sampai harum di dalam wajan
3. Masukkan daging ayam yang sudah kita potong ke dalam wajan,Aduk-aduk
4. Masukan sedikit santan cair ke dalam wajan lalu aduk sampai ayam setengah matang
5. Masukkan kentang ke dalam wajan
6. Masukkan santan kental ke dalam wajan, masak dengan api kecil dan aduk2
7. Lalu biarkan sampai kuah menjadi kental (aduk sesekali)
8. Kemudian angkat dan sajikan

long time no see
gk kerasa yaa udah lama banget aku gak update blog ku ini
maklum semenjak status saya berubah dari "SISWA" menjadi "MAHASISWA" :D
